We will be introducing 2 new teams this year to replace Monterey and Anchorage. My plan with these 2 rosters plus last year's new manager cincy, is to throw all the players into a draft pool for only these 3 teams. I believe this will give them better balance and the new managers an increased sense of ownership. I hope this can eliminate most turnover of managers because they will be more vested in their roster. All 3 managers have agreed that this is the direction they would like to take. If anyone strongly objects speak now because I want to start the draft for them next week.

What are the parameters of this 3 team draft? They've already taken Goldy and Stanton from me.
I was not made aware that I/we would be giving some of our players.
I thought you would combine all "available" players plus the players from those 3 rosters only.
