He is not listed on the roster so unless the commish makes a ruling otherwise I'm treating him as a free agent.

I guess there is some kind of computer glitch because neither Jeremy Guthrie or Zambrano show up on your minor league roster when I look at them but they do for the commish. When I opened your roster the AAA stops at Paul Clemens
