Please note that I added something new this year. So after round 2 we have competitive balance picks for the teams in the new team draft. After round 3 we have Cincy because he was in last place. I want to yearly give some extra high (but not too high) picks to help them towards rebuilding. Especially new draft teams as these are quite poor farm systems to choose from.
