7. Trading
a. Minors/Picks
All minor league players as well as draft picks are eligible to be traded. However, you may not trade away picks in advance of 3 years from the current season.
b. Agreement
Before a trade will be allowed on Yahoo the agreement must be made on this ProBoards site. All terms of the trade must be stated and BOTH managers must post their agreement on the thread.
c. Vetoing
We will use a 3 Commissioner voting system to determine whether or not a trade is to be vetoed. If a trade is in question any manager may request for a trade to be voted on. If a trade is overturned managers have a 3 day period in which they may appeal or re-work the deal. Managers have the opportunity to state their case as to how the deal will help them and we will then re-vote on the trade.
d. Eligibility
Any player on ANY roster may be traded. This includes AAA and AA players. A manager recieving a AA player will have the opportunity to decide on what roster the player will be designated to. All trades must be completed prior to the start of the playoff season
