Time Limit
Each Player is available for bidding for 24 hours past the LAST bid

Eligibility
ONLY players from the rosters of Atlanta, Rockford, Texas, and Penn are available. This does NOT include minor league players, these players are back in the draft pool

Since we have a few players pushing an extremely high amount I am certain someone will go over budget (I'm looking at you El Paso and Montreal! lol) IF you go over budget that player's clock will return to zero after he expires. The bid will return to zero and you will NO LONGER be eligible to bid on that same player even if his second turn would keep you under budget.

I don't know about you guys, but my team has been in the bottom for the entire existence of this league. As such, I need quality players.

Having said that, I have a price limit and I do not exceed that with ANY player. Of course, that amount varies, depending on who the player is.
